The upregulation of miR-143-3p reduces alveolar epithelial cell apoptosis and mitigates lung inflammation in mice with mycoplasma pneumonia by inhibiting the TLR4/MyD88/NF-κB signaling pathway, and miR-146a-5p exhibits therapeutic potential in refractory MMP by decreasing the protein expression of ATP-binding cassette subfamily G member 1 (ABCG1) and interleukin 1 receptor-associated kinase 1 (IRAK-1) [45,46].
