One case was reported in 2012, two in 2019, and two in 2020, while most of the cases were reported in 2021 (5/10 cases). Microscopic examination revealed intercellular edema and diffuse infiltration of a huge number of lymphocytes in the dermis regarded as a fungal infection (Figure 3a). Immunohistochemistry revealed that the tumor cells were positive for CD3 (Figure 3b), CD4 (Figure 3c), and CD8 (Figure 3d) while weak to negative for CD20 (Figure 3e). This evidence concerns the gene CD8A and neoplasm.
