Meanwhile, the association of HOXD1 expression with DFI was analyzed, and the results showed that high expression of HOXD1 induced poor DFI in KICH and PRAD (p < 0.01) (Figure 3G); HOXD3 in ACC, BLCA (bladder urothelial carcinoma), and PRAD (p < 0.01) (Figure 3H); HOXD4 in BLCA, ESCA, KICH, PCPG, and PRAD (p < 0.01) (Figure 3I).
