Specifically, MC38-424i and anti-CD4-treated mice exhibited augmented tumor volumes (791.5 ± 85.99 mm3), and MC38-424i and anti-CD8-treated mice displayed a similar trend (619.5 ± 151.5 mm3), as shown in Figure 2C. Therefore, we concluded that MC38-424i TEVs substantially inhibited tumor growth compared with MC38-WT, MC38-miR-control TEVs, and saline control groups.
