To investigate the antigen-specific cytotoxic potential of the CD8+ OT-I T cells against ovalbumin-expressing melanoma cells (B16-OVA), we cocultured them with different numbers of cancer cells (80,000, 200,000, and 400,000 cells per well) for 48 h and 72 h in vitro (Fig. 4).
