VASH2 and medulloblastoma: The results showed that the number of cells penetrating the basement membrane of Transwell was higher in the VASH2-OE group than in the VASH2-si-RNA and empty-loaded groups, and the difference was statistically significant (P < 0.05), suggesting that overexpression of VASH2-OE significantly promoted the migration and invasion ability of SHH medulloblastoma cell-lines DAOY, and VASH2-si-RNA significantly inhibited the migration and invasion ability of medulloblast migration and invasion ability of SHH medulloblastoma cell-lines DAOY, (P < 0.05).
