As demonstrated in Figure 3B, a comparison of CA125 and HE4 serum levels between three groups suggested that both FMT (MADG + FMT group) and L. acidophilus transplantation (MADG + LAP group) were able to decrease the serum level of tumor markers, with FMT showing a greater effect on reducing CA125 levels than L. acidophilus transplantation. The gene discussed is WFDC2; the disease is neoplasm.
