Afterward, we cloned the MIR3913-1 promoter region containing putative binding site or the MIR3913-2 promoter region containing putative binding site1 or site1 + site2 into pGL3-basic vectors, and performed the dual-luciferase reporter assay by co-transfecting the vectors with ATF2 siRNAp in CRC cells. Here, ATF2 is linked to colorectal carcinoma.
