Interestingly, a second set of proteins (Fig. 5B, purple bar: KIF23, PLK1, NDC80, CEP55, CKAP2L, NUSAP1, KIF15, IQGAP3, PCNA, KNSTRN, NCAPH, GINS2, ZWILCH, TACC3; RAD18: UBE2C, and UHRF1) were found with lower Z-scores in JCPyV-infected astrocytes at 21 d.p.i. than at 3 d.p.i., suggesting they might play an important role during the early stages of infection.
