CDK2 and urinary bladder carcinoma: Chen et al. demonstrated that overexpression of CADM1 protein arrested cells in the G1/G0 phases of the cell cycle and decreased the expression levels of Cyclin D1, Cyclin E1 and CDK2 proteins, while CAMD1 knockdown had an opposite effect on the cell cycle distribution and the expression level of these proteins in bladder cancer [27].
