Analysis of RNA sequencing data from The Cancer Genome Atlas Prostate Adenocarcinoma (TCGA PRAD) cohort31,32 reveals GCNT1 gene expression levels are 2.3-fold higher in prostate tumours relative to normal prostate tissue (n = 544, p = 0.021) (Fig. 1A). The gene discussed is GCNT1; the disease is prostate adenocarcinoma.
