Aberrant expression of GCNT1 has been related to aggressive disease in different types of cancers, including breast cancer20, prostate cancer12,15,16,21–23, chronic lymphocytic leukaemia (CLL)24, endometrial cancer25, colon cancer26, testicular germ cell cancer27 and bladder cancer28. This evidence concerns the gene GCNT1 and B-cell chronic lymphocytic leukemia.
