Our data also reveals potential links between GCNT1 and the alteration of several other pathways important in prostate cancer, including MEK signalling which is a therapeutic target for mCRPC54, ERBB2 signalling which is also believed to contribute to prostate cancer progression55,56, and altered KRAS signatures which are a major player in promoting and maintaining tumorigenesis57.
