Similarly, our quantitative PCR (qPCR) data with multiple prostate cancer cell lines (PC3, DU145, LNCaP, 22RV1, and VCaP) also exhibited higher expression of MALAT1 compared with PNT2, an immortalized nontumorigenic normal prostate epithelial cell line (Supplementary Fig. S1D). Here, MALAT1 is linked to prostate carcinoma.
