KEGG-GSEA results showed that CDH5 was significantly correlated with immune regulative pathways such as antigen processing and presentation, chemokine signaling, cytokine-cytokine receptor interaction, natural killer cell mediated cytotoxicity, B cell receptor signaling, and primary immunodeficiency in 19 tumors including BLCA (Figure 4). Here, CDH5 is linked to bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
