As shown in Figure 10, the expression of Ki-67 and PCNA in the transplanted tumor tissues of the four groups were compared by immunohistochemical staining, and it was found that Ki-67 and PCNA were strongly positive in the transplanted tumors of both the RBE and RBE+M2 groups, with no significant difference between them, indicating that the proliferation of RBE cells was high and active in the tumor tissues formed by subcutaneous inoculation of RBE cells.
