LGR6 and myeloid sarcoma: It binds to the receptor leucine-rich repeat containing G protein-coupled receptor 6 (LGR6), and further studies are needed to elucidate whether the 12-LOX/14-HDHA/LGR6 pathway is a crucial metabolic signaling axis involved in the regulation of MaR1 bioaction in peripheral inflammation and neuroinflammation and, if so, may provide us with attractive therapeutic target(s) with potential clinical application for MS treatment.
