Among 438 genetic risk genes, we found that 17 druggable genes with 151 interacting drugs yielded higher scDGSs (> 120, and FDR <0.05) in tuft cells for treating severe COVID‐19, including IL10RB, ICAM1, TYK2, SENP7, and VIPR2 (Figures 6M, S28, S29, and Table S18). The gene discussed is ICAM1; the disease is COVID-19.
