To explore the potential role of COL1A2 in carcinogenesis, we first checked its expression based on TIMER (Tumor Immune Estimation Resource) database across 33 cancer types (i.e. ACC, BLCA, BRCA, CESC, CHOL, COAD, DLBC, ESCA, GBM, HNSC, KICH, KIRC, KIRP, LAML, LGG, LIHC, LUAD, LUSC, MESO, OV, PAAD, PCPG, PRAD, READ, SARC, SKCM, STAD, TGCT, THCA, THYM, UCEC, UCS, and UVM). The gene discussed is COL1A2; the disease is cancer.
