In this study, we analyzed the expression pattern and function of CERCAM in HNSCC by bioinformatics methods and provided evidence in vitro that CERCAM promotes malignant biological behavior of tumors and induces macrophages M2 polarized immune infiltration to accelerate their malignant progression, in order to determine the clinical value and significance of CERCAM in HNSCC. The gene discussed is CERCAM; the disease is head and neck squamous cell carcinoma.
