TXNL1 and cancer: The increase in survival days (i.e. 20%) was comparable with previous data obtained for paclitaxel (TXL, a common therapeutic agent for several types of cancers)11; however, the dose of P6 used in our study was significantly lower than that of TXL (~1/60 of the TXL amount), demonstrating the biological and clinical impact of P6 as a leading compound for anti-metastasis.
