UBE2C and endometrial carcinoma: Relative to normal tissues (n = 31), protein level of UBE2C was significantly higher in stage 1 (n = 74), 2 (n = 8) and 3 (n = 5) (Fig. 2g); UBE2C protein was also differentially expressed between normal vs. endometrial carcinoma, normal vs. serous carcinoma, normal vs. others, endometrial carcinoma vs. serous carcinoma, and mixed cell adenocarcinoma vs. others with statistical significance (Fig. 2h).
