In AML, transplantation of MLL-AF9+ CaSR KO BM cells and administration of poly I:C on day 3 after transplantation (Supplementary Fig. 8a), when homing is completed14,24, led to a significant reduction in the number of leukocytes (Supplementary Fig. 8b) and the percentage of MLL-AF9+ (GFP+) Gr1+ myeloid cells, representative of tumour burden (Supplementary Fig. 8c) in PB of WT recipient mice.
