On human leukaemia cells, the percentage of CaSR+ cells was highest in MLL-AF9+ THP1 (AML) cells compared to AML cells expressing a different oncoprotein (Kasumi), NALM-6 (B-ALL) or K562 (CML) cells (P < 0.0001, Fig. 2a, Supplementary Table 2). This evidence concerns the gene MLLT3 and acute lymphoblastic leukemia.
