Investigating the effect of radiotherapy-induced EVs on NK cells, Briand et al. [28] identified that following a high single fraction dose of radiation (10 Gy) GBM cell TET2 mediated demethylation of the miR-378 promoter led to increased EV miR-378a-3p, reducing the cytotoxicity of NK cells by decreasing their granzyme B levels. This evidence concerns the gene GZMB and glioblastoma.
