Pancreatic cancer is one of the malignant tumors with the highest mortality rate in the world.2 Due to the low immunogenicity of PDAC, all immunotherapy has not yet been able to provide results that can improve survival rates like other solid tumors.2 The role of radiotherapy in the treatment of pancreatic cancer has also been questioned.3 Interestingly, a phase III clinical trial of a combination therapy method of PDAC also based on IL-2v and PD-L1 failed earlier. The gene discussed is CD274; the disease is familial pancreatic carcinoma.
