Survival analysis using the Survival Genie26 TARGET AML dataset indicated that FLNA (cytoskeleton component, signaling scaffold and Pol I transcription regulator) and RFLNB/FAM101B (formation of cartilaginous skeletal elements) genes overexpressed in relapse-associated cell clusters were significantly associated with poor OS (log-rank P = 0.0033 and 0.015, respectively) (Fig. 3d, Supplementary Table 9). Here, RFLNB is linked to acute myeloid leukemia.
