Feature plots of two of the identified blast-associated genes (NREP and CLEC11A) displayed high expression in the three blast clusters identified in the paired Dx, EOI samples (Fig. 2b) that are equivalent to or better than the genes used for clinical identification of AML-blasts (CD34, MPO, CD33, and CD56/NCAM1) (Supplementary Fig. 5). Here, CD33 is linked to acute myeloid leukemia.
