The results of Caspase-3/CPP32 fluorometric assay indicated that the Caspase-3 activity in HF+PSCs-treated peritoneal cells was significantly higher than that of fertile HF-treated peritoneal cell (Pv<0.05), infertile HF-treated peritoneal cell, PSCs-treated peritoneal cell and control group, respectively (Fig 1). The gene discussed is CASP3; the disease is hydrops fetalis.
