We investigated the relationship between LRGPI and the TME of ccRCC and found decreased antigen-presenting cells (DC, M1) and increased Treg/Tfh infiltration, as well as activation of CD8+ T effector signaling, TCR signaling, IFN signaling, antigen-presenting signaling, and NK cytotoxicity in high-LRGPI samples. This evidence concerns the gene IFNA1 and nonpapillary renal cell carcinoma.
