The Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathway analysis highlighted 103 genes were involved in MicroRNAs in cancer, PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, breast cancer, proteoglycans in cancer, human T-cell leukemia virus 1 infection, gastric cancer, EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor resistance, prostate cancer, thyroid cancer, Rap1 signaling pathway, JAK–STAT signaling pathway and Ras signaling pathway (Figure 7B). The gene discussed is AKT1; the disease is breast cancer.
