The Kyoto Encyclopedia of Genes and Genomes (KEGG) pathway analysis highlighted 103 genes were involved in MicroRNAs in cancer, PI3K-Akt signaling pathway, breast cancer, proteoglycans in cancer, human T-cell leukemia virus 1 infection, gastric cancer, EGFR tyrosine kinase inhibitor resistance, prostate cancer, thyroid cancer, Rap1 signaling pathway, JAK–STAT signaling pathway and Ras signaling pathway (Figure 7B). This evidence concerns the gene AKT1 and breast carcinoma.
