This study investigates a cost-effective and precise approach to constructing a replicative recombinant virus that expresses the HPV16 E7 protein and the successful expression of HPV16 E7 in cells demonstrated that the replicated recombinant virus maintains the replication and infection capabilities of Ad4, while also upregulated the CD36 gene, which is involved in the PI3K-Akt signaling and p53 pathways for promoting cell proliferation. The gene discussed is CD36; the disease is infection.
