In conclusion, this study adopted bioinformatics analysis and network pharmacology revealed that EA anti‐GC mainly regulated TP53, JUN, CASP3, HSP90AA1, VEGFA, HRAS, CDH1, MAPK3, CDKN1A, SRC, CYCS, BCL2L1 and CDK4 as well as p53 signalling pathway, PI3K‐Akt signalling pathway, involved in the inhibition of tumour angiogenesis, cell cycle, cell proliferation, invasion and migration and induction of apoptosis. This evidence concerns the gene BCL2L1 and neoplasm.
