Analysis of exosomes produced from 107 iMSCs revealed that the amount of TGF-β1 was 15,376.4 ± 1693.2 pg in Exo-FBS and 27,242.4 ± 1564.8 pg in Exo-RA; the amount of TGF-β1 was significantly higher in Exo-RA than in Exo-FBS (Student's t-test, p = 0.036; Fig. 2F).
