ATP11A and COVID-19: These colocalization analyses supported transcriptional splicing’s role in nine genes (ABO, ATP11A, DPP9, GBAP1, MUC1, NPNT, OAS1, PMF1, and THBS3) in lung and two genes (OAS1 and PMF1) in whole blood that influenced at least one COVID-19 outcome (Supplementary Data 4, 5).
