In the NSCLC cohort (n=109), PFS and OS were longer in the “High” PD-L1 PID score group with strong statistical significance than in the “Medium” (p=0.0098, Supplementary Figure 6A; and p=0.0070, Supplementary Figure 6B, respectively) and “Low” PD-L1 PID score groups (p=0.0059, Supplementary Figure 6A; and p=0.0023, Supplementary Figure 6B, respectively). This evidence concerns the gene CD274 and non-small cell lung carcinoma.
