A quite impressive example for multi-step clinical reasoning can be found in the recommendation for Case #9 (44) (Supplementary Material) on a recurrent prostate cancer case, in which an isolated supraclavicular lymph node showed PSMA-uptake: “The 18F-PSMA PET/CT shows no evidence of locoregional recurrence but identifies a hypermetabolic lymph node in the supraclavicular region on the left side. This evidence concerns the gene FOLH1 and prostate carcinoma.
