Numerous studies suggest that the analysis of the expression of immunohistochemical (IHC) markers in the tissues of patients with PCa, such as Golgi phosphoprotein 3 (GOLPH3), may be an important tool for improving diagnosis, assessing prognosis, risk of progression, and potential effects of primary treatment or response to adjuvant treatment (3–7). Here, GOLPH3 is linked to posterior cortical atrophy.
