The last limitation of the study was that we tested GOLPH3 expression only in PCa tissue without comparison with the control group; for example, normal prostatic tissue adjacent to tumor cells obtained via biopsies, tissues of benign prostatic hyperplasia after transurethral resection of the prostate (TURP) or lymph nodes of patients after RP without metastases. This evidence concerns the gene GOLPH3 and benign prostatic hyperplasia.
