BRCA2 and triple-negative breast carcinoma: Protein-truncating variants in BRCA2 were strongly associated with an increased risk of ER-positive and triple-negative breast cancer with adjusted ORs of 10.18 (1.77-58.55 95% CI, p-value = 0.009) and 10.14 (1.08-94.84 95% CI, p-value = 0.042), respectively.
