PCOS cases had higher FAI (3.1 ± 2.9 vs 1.7 ± 3.4, p=0.002), AMH (56 ± 14 vs 24 ± 14 ng/mL, p<0.001) and LH (14.9 ± 14.3 vs 6.0 ± 8.3 IU/L) compared to controls. The gene discussed is AMH; the disease is polycystic ovary syndrome.
