Accumulating studies have reported that the expression of LRPPRC is upregulated in several types of cancers, including lung adenocarcinoma [25], esophageal squamous cell carcinoma [22], gastric cancer [23], colon cancer [24], mammary and endometrial adenocarcinoma [25], urothelial carcinoma of the bladder (UCB) [26], and prostate cancer [27]. This evidence concerns the gene LRPPRC and bladder transitional cell carcinoma.
