The top 20 signaling pathways assessed by KEGG pathway analysis were asthma, the intestinal immune network for IgA production, Staphylococcus aureus infection, hematopoietic cell lineage, leishmaniasis, nicotine addiction, inflammatory bowel disease, antigen processing and presentation, graft‐versus‐host disease, rheumatoid arthritis, allograft rejection, viral myocarditis, type I diabetes mellitus, autoimmune thyroid disease, systemic lupus erythematosus—cell adhesion molecules (CAMs), osteoclast differentiation, tuberculosis, herpes simplex infection, and HTLV‐I infection (Figure 4E).
