In KEGG pathway analysis, the main pathways significantly affected were closely related to immune response and cancer, including the ErbB signaling pathway, Fc gamma R‐mediated phagocytosis, bacterial invasion of epithelial cells, shigellosis, renal cell carcinoma, chronic myeloid leukemia, neurotrophic signaling pathway, insulin signaling pathway, microRNAs in cancer, chemokine signaling pathway, Rap1 signaling pathway, focal adhesion, and regulation of actin cytoskeleton (Figure 2). This evidence concerns the gene EGFR and chronic myelogenous leukemia, BCR-ABL1 positive.
