In OSC tissues, upregulation of PURPL was associated with an advanced clinical stage, TP53 mutation, and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05), downregulation of miR-363-3p was associated with a more advanced clinical stage and lymph node metastasis (P<0.05), and overexpression of ADAM10 correlated with a more advanced FIGO stage. Here, PURPL is linked to metastatic malignant neoplasm in the lymph nodes.
