The role of OTUD6B-AS1 in different cancers varies: for example, over-expression of OTUD6B-AS1 in kidney cancer acts on the wnt/β-catenin pathway to inhibit cancer development and metastasis 14; OTUD6B-AS1 is a biomarker of ovarian cancer occurrence and prognosis 16, and high expression of OTUD6B‐AS1 is closely associated with poor prognosis of ovarian cancer 17. This evidence concerns the gene OTUD6B and ovarian carcinoma.
