All lncRNAs were positively correlated with the co-expression of m6A, among the m6A regulators, RBM15 has the widest range of effects and can act on about 85% of lncRNAs to regulate breast cancer, METTL3 and YTHDC2 act on about 7% each, and the remaining m6A regulators can only regulate about 1% of lncRNAs. This evidence concerns the gene METTL3 and breast carcinoma.
