Previous studies have shown that high expression of OTUD6b-AS1 is associated with poor prognosis in ovarian cancer patients and high expression of MORF4L2-AS1 in esophageal squamous cell carcinoma patients with poor prognosis, suggesting that these two lncRNAs may contribute to poor prognosis in breast cancer patients through a similar mechanism of action. This evidence concerns the gene MORF4L2 and breast cancer.
