Given the characteristics of EMT-subtype GC, i.e., loss of CDH1 expression in tumor cells and decreased intercellular adhesion, the high linear correlations between the expression levels of the EMT-related genes (CDH1, VIM, ZEB1, ZEB2, and FN1) with RHOJ both in the GSE62254 dataset (Figure 2A) and the TCGA database (Figure S2A) were observed by Pearson correlation analysis.
