Compared to patients with hepatitis (non-neuropsychiatric), those with neuropsychiatric manifestations had a lower median weight (50 kg vs 71 kg), lower median CD4 (195 cells/μL vs 448 cells/μL) and higher EFV concentrations (16.1 mg/L vs 6.6 mg/L); a higher proportion of patients with neuropsychiatric presentations were exposed to INH (44 [74.6%] vs 5 [26.3%] with hepatitis) (Table 1).
