The FI, MNA-SF score and the prevalence of hypertension, diabetes, dyslipidemia, comorbidities and polypharmacy, as well as the levels of SBP, DBP, BMI, waist circumference, uric acid, TG, TC, LDL-C, FPG, HbA1c and albumin, exhibited an increasing trend with the elevated TyG index, except for the levels of HDL-C which showed a decreasing trend (all P < 0.001).
