The expression of PTPRC, CD69, and LCP2 in SS patients with HT was significantly higher than that in the control group, and there was no significant difference between the expression of the above genes in SS patients without HT and that in the control group, which suggested that the above genes might be the key way of their copathogenesis, and further verified the correlation between SS and HT at the genetic level.
