To verify whether the A4276's toxicity depends on the perturbation of the NAD+ synthetic pathway, we supplemented NAD+, NAM, and NA with A4276 in NAPRT-negative EMT-cancer cell lines exhibiting sensitivity to A4276, SNU484 (Figure 3C and 4A), and additionally COLO320-HSR (Figure 3B-C). This evidence concerns the gene NAPRT and cancer.
