Myelin Oligodendrocyte Glycoprotein (MOG) antibody-associated disease (MOGAD) has recently been described as an entity (1) that encompasses a spectrum of autoimmune demyelinating disorders through the Central Nervous System (CNS), distinct from multiple sclerosis (MS) and neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorders (NMOSD). This evidence concerns the gene MOG and myeloid sarcoma.
