Our conclusions suggested a possible link between ROR1-AS1 overexpression and the immune and invasive capacities of CCA, as shown in Fig. 8A. Furthermore, we found that ROR1-AS1 may affect CCA progression by affecting cellular immune infiltration pathways and cell types, such as macrophage quiescence, mast cells, neutrophils, aDC cells, and Th1 cells (Fig. 8B, C, D, E). Here, ROR1 is linked to cholangiocarcinoma.
