However, we and others previously showed that the pediatric AML-associated NUP98 FOs form very similar nuclear condensates in a non-AML-relevant cell line (HEK293T) and in mouse hematopoietic stem and progenitor cells (HSPCs)6,8, and that condensate formation was associated with the induction of leukemogenic phenotypes in HSPCs.
