CRP and bacterial infectious disease with sepsis: As shown in Table 2, a higher level of CRP (OR = 1.010, 95% CI = 1.007 to 1.013; p ≤ 0.05) and the utilization of CVVH treatment (OR = 2.93, 95% CI = 1.13 to 7.59; p ≤ 0.05) were found to be associated with an elevated risk of bacteremia.
