Through GeoMx high-plex proteomic analysis, we also show that liver metastases have higher expression of immune-suppressive markers, while lung metastases have higher proinflammatory activity and T-cell activation and peritoneal metastases have higher expression of cancer-associated fibroblast–related proteins and upregulated PD-1/PD-L1 signaling molecules.
